01Who we are

This website is operated by Novami Global Consulting, based in Limassol, Cyprus ("Novami", "we", "us"). For the purposes of data protection law, Novami is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

02Information we collect

We keep the information we collect to a minimum:

• Enquiry details. When you use the contact form we ask for your name, corporate email address and organisation. You may also give a phone number, an area of interest and a message.
• Correspondence. If you email or phone us, we keep what you send and what we reply.
• Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver this site and the third-party services listed below may receive your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data. Please do not include confidential client information in your first message.

03How the contact form works

This website has no database. When you submit the contact form, your browser opens your own email application with your message ready to send to us. Nothing is stored on the website itself, and we only receive the information once you press send in your email application.

04How we use your information

• to respond to your enquiry and discuss how we may be able to help;
• to assess and respond to career enquiries;
• to manage our relationship with you and our professional obligations; and
• to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

05Legal bases

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we rely on:

• your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the contact form;
• steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, when you ask about our services;
• our legitimate interests in running our business and replying to enquiries, where these are not outweighed by your rights; and
• legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

06Third-party services on this website

To work, this website loads a few resources from other providers. When your browser fetches them, that provider can see your IP address and basic browser information:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) delivers the typefaces used on the site.
• Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com) delivers part of the styling.
• Google Translate is loaded only if you choose a language other than English. The text of the page is then sent to Google to be translated. See our Cookie Policy for the cookie this uses.
• Our hosting provider stores standard server logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

These providers have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

07Who we share information with

We share personal information only where necessary: with professional advisers and service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations), and with authorities where we are legally required to. We never sell your information.

08International transfers

Some of the providers above are based outside the European Economic Area. Where information is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, as applicable to the provider.

09How long we keep information

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it.

10Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate information corrected;
• have your information erased, or its use restricted;
• object to our use of your information;
• receive your information in a portable format; and
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@novami.com. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority: in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).

11Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or email is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12Children's privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

13Changes to this policy
